Juvenile information is confidential. Please note that we can only discuss fees and information that YOU are ordered to pay if you have your case number. If you are not the one ordered to pay, we will not discuss anything with you, even if you are the spouse.

Brazoria County Juvenile Collections department gives you several different options on how to make your payments.

  1. In Person - Juvenile Collections is temporarily located at the Administration building across the street from the courthouse.
  2. 24 Hour Drop Box - located @ Courthouse (beside public entrance)
  3. By Mail - Please include the juvenile's case number. 

**Note: if you have an open writ for your arrest, the only credit card option you have is to come to our office to pay, but the cardholder must be present to sign credit card transaction sheets

1. In Person:

  • Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
  • We accept cash, money orders and cashier’s checks
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

2. 24 Hour Drop Box:

       Is Located at:     Brazoria County Courthouse
                                    111 E. Locust St.
                                    Angleton, TX 77515

  • The drop box is next to the front doors of the public entrance. (Brown box mounted to door area with mail slot). 
  • Please be sure to put your name and juvenile cause/case number on the envelope, money order or cashier’s check. 
  • Payments will be processed and posted to your account the next business day.

3. By Mail

  • We accept money orders and cashier’s check
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

When calling the office, have your juvenile cause number available. This is located on all your paperwork you have received from our office and court.
