1. For credit card payments you will need to call Certified Payments at 1-866-549-1010, bureau code #6291282 (County Clerk Court documents only) and follow the instructions issued by the company to process or log onto the Certified Payment website.
2. Please have your case number, credit card number and expiration date available before calling or logging on. Please be sure that you enter your correct case number, as we are not responsible for deposits made to case numbers which were incorrectly entered by you. The payment will be credited to your account 2 to 3 business days later.
3. You will be charged a convenience fee for the use of the service. You need to make a note of the authorization number and call (979) 864-1367 for Civil / Probate with your authorization number.
