This search is not offered by Employees of the County Clerk's Office. The clerks of this office are recorders and are not qualified examiners of the Official Public Records. You may search from any computer or come to the East Annex at 1524 East Mulberry, Angleton, TX 77515 to use public computers provided for your convenience. To search our Public Records click here to go directly to the website If you are a new user you must create a user login and password. You will receive a verification email that you must reply to before you are allowed to search.

 To Obtain Copies:

If you need copies of property records emailed or mailed to you, once you search our records, please take note of the document number and the number of pages.  The cost is $1.00 per page. If you need a certified copy the cost is $1.00 per page plus an extra $5.00 per document for the certification. Certified copies can only be mailed to you directly through regular mail. You will then log on to: https://certifiedpayments.net (Bureau Code: 3433402) and follow the prompts to make payment.
